I received free products in order to host a #NowMoreThanEver Disney Playdate Party. All opinions are 100% my own.
We use to have the most epic play dates – back when we lived in the RGV my #momsquad game was seriously so strong. From trips to the beach, fun at the library, or just hanging out in our playroom, we did so much with our RGV play date group. The moms, the kids… it’s one of the things I miss the most, since moving. So, when I was selected to host a #Nowmorethanever Disney themed playdate I was so excited! It was the perfect opportunity to start making new friends and start hosting more magical playdates. Here’s how our party went!
Since we currently live in an apartment, I decided to host our play date at the FireHouse Gastro Park in downtown Grand Prairie. They, very graciously, allowed us to take over their beautiful coffee lounge – which just happened to include baskets of toys and coloring pages. This places is so so great, and I recommend them to just about everyone!
I kept things pretty simple for our playdate…just included things that I knew the kids and mamas would enjoy.
- Fries from Firehouse GP
- gold fish
- Popcorn cake from Popped Passion
Keeping preschoolers entertained is not an easy task. We started off by lettings the kids play with the cute toys in the coffee lounge area at FireHouse GP. After we ate we headed outside, thankfully we were having some wonderful weather that week. The kids had a good time exploring the yard and attempting to play corn hole. Then, I brought out the bubbles – they were a hit, of course, because who doesn’t love bubbles?!
Overall, we had such a fun time and Sofia and I can not wait until our next playdate!
